COVID-19 has had a frustrating effect on how long things can take. If we are in level 1 your order could take up to 2 weeks or 14 working days. A change in alert levels could change these times so please message us to get an accurate time frame, but please know, we will be doing our very best to tighten up our turn around, and get your order out ASAP. 

We have an URGENT shipping option, which allows your order to skip the line and end up at the top of our to do list. Your order will be dispatched to the courier within 7 working days, if we are unable to get this done for whatever reason, we will get in touch and refund your shipping fee.

We have two shipping options: STANDARD – $8 nationwide, order dispatched in 1-2 weeks. URGENT – $15 nationwide, orders dispatched in 7 working days. We do not charge extra for rural delivery.

This is the paper thickness. 80gsm is a standard piece of printer paper. 100gsm is slightly thicker, nicer to write on. 160gsm is considered a card. It is thick and used more for memory books. Upgrading/downgrading the quality of the paper is possible but may change the price so please PM me if you have any concerns.

A4 is a standard piece of computer paper, 210 x 297mm A5 is half of that, 148 x 210mm.

We offer a more affordable price for ‘Random’ which means your cover will be chosen at random. You are welcome to add something to the ‘add note’ option at the check-out to give me information such as ‘for a male teacher’ or ‘not floral please’ or ‘please choose black and white’. I will do my best to fit your needs but if you want to choose your graphic and add your name you will need to choose the ‘Customised’ option, which is an additional $5. Often these planners are pre-printed ready to send, and they will likely have a quicker turnaround time.

Generic has a cover chosen at random with no name option. Customised is an additional $5 but means you can choose a design of your choice and choose the text (often a quote and/or name)

We are only taking a limited amount of custom orders at the moment. We would love to try and make your planning dreams come true! An estimate is $40 for the base book, plus $30 an hour for edits, to make the planner exactly how you like it. This is a starting price, we would be happy to give you a quote and time estimate if you flick us a detailed email, including sketches/drafts of your ideas.

That’s fine. We have such a wide range of designs and couldn’t have them all to choose from. If you see a design you like please email us with a picture of the design you are wanting to ensure we get the correct design.

The main difference is the weekly layout. The ‘Planner’ is a traditional layout across 2 pages and can be split into 3 or 4 blocks depending on what works best with your school break times. The diary is a smaller, more compact option. It has a diary week (Mon-Sun) on the left and a page opposing it with a to do list and note section. This appears to be more practical for people who like to use it as a diary. Many teachers do their planning online, but it’s nice to have a physical diary!
