These terms and conditions govern your use of the Home and Harry online store. By placing an order, you agree to and are bound by these terms. If you are unwilling to comply with these terms then you may not use Home and Harry online store.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on the Home and Harry online store are given in New Zealand Dollars, delivery cost is added at checkout.
We accept payment by direct transfer (from NZ customers only), credit card, and Afterpay (NZ only).
We must receive payment in full before your order will be processed. Once payment has been received, the team will get started on creating your order. Generally, if you order a planner with a personalisation, this will take up to 7 days.
If you would like to receive an invoice which is particularly practical for larger orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For larger orders, there may be a longer turn around but Jemma will be able to provide an accurate time frame depending on demand at the time of order acceptance.

Prices of shipping:
- Standard $8 nationwide, order dispatched in 1-2 weeks.
- Urgent shipping $15 nationwide, orders dispatched in 7 working days.
- We do not charge extra for rural delivery.
Depending on the time of year your order is made, the time frame may vary. If you opt for URGENT SHIPPING you have been bumped to the top of our list here at Home and Harry, and we will push your order out the door as a priority. We do our best to change the delivery expectations at the shipping page when you confirm your order. If you would like an accurate dispatch date, feel free to send us an email at email@example.com.
Whilst we make every endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible, the estimated dispatch is only an estimate and we do not guarantee that your products will arrive on or before that date. When we are experiencing delays, we do our best to immediately edit the timeframes on the shipping page so you are aware of the expected time frame.
We use ARAMEX as our courier and their delivery times range from 2-5 days, sometimes an extra day or two for rural. Unfortunately we have very little control over the courier system and human error/delay is possible. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, please follow up with the courier company if you have any queries. If you are still having trouble, please get in touch and we will do all we can to resolve this.
Returns and Exchanges
At Home and Harry customer satisfaction is important to us, so if you aren’t satisfied with the quality of any item we’ll be happy for you to return the item for either a replacement item, a refund, or a repair of the item.
As a lot of our products are made-to-order. Customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement for:
- errors which occur from a typing error you may have made when ordering;
- defects that are the result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use;
- or if you have changed your mind
In the event you are unsatisfied with your order and the cover was customised as per instructions, we are willing to provide a refund minus the cost of shipping and the custom cover charge.
Our customers use a wide range of variations for names, so it is impossible for us to know if it is a mistake or just different. So please ensure spelling is checked before an order is completed. A lot of our products are made-to-order, according to your specifications, so we can’t accept returns where the customer has simply changed their mind.
All sale items are a final sale and are strictly non-returnable.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
We may ask for faulty/incorrect items to be returned to us for a quality inspection, to ensure those rare problems don’t occur again. If you wish to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to proceed. Typically refunds take up to 2 weeks to be processed once returned products have been received.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; Home and Harry online store makes great effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you.
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act:
“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to have the goods repaired, replaced or refunded if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.”
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
We use a variety of fonts and print sizes. Jemma makes a decision with her best judgement, to what will look best with the length of the name/quote you have provided. Feel free to suggest a font or layout but Jemma generally makes a decision that best fits your layout.
Prices on the site are current at the time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing but are unable to warrant the site be error-free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.
Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. Home and Harry will never distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including those who subscribe to our mailing list. The information we collect is used solely to process your order and stay in touch with you.
