SENCO/LSC Support Journal 2026

This Support Journal was created with help from many local SENCO. It is laid out similarly to the Diary for Teachers, we have adapted this years diary to be more broad, more room for notes and check-ins, changing the log for student with specific needs.
The cover is printed on 300gsm card with a 250micron plastic sheet on the front to protect it. The back is 500gsm grey chipboard and we have added a black polyprop (thin plastic) sheet to protect the back to finish the planner.
